Your right the TWu is no longer around, so Its the iams responsibility to uphold our contract and continue with section 6 that TWU was in during the NMB ruling. If the IAM wins this grievance/lawsuit it means squat to the west. the company will not pay us and we will be f*cked. stop waiting for the company to sit down and talk this cost neutral BS, and open section 6 for the west, they are making millions and we should be in their reaping the reward.
