Speaking of spitting in Frosties...I have to admit, as much as I might preach "customer service blah blah blah" today, way back when I was an agent in RES, if people were mean to me, I'd assign them 22E or F on the DC9 as my little passive-aggressive way of getting back at them....even if the entire seat mask was wide open.

Row 22 on the DC9 was behind the engine. The window was there, but all you could see was the side of the engine. The noise was head-splittingly loud, even at cruise...the floor and seats vibrated the whole time in tune with the speed of the motor...next to the bathroom...had no recline and less legroom than any other row. It was positively miserable.
