if you called in on a sickout, you deserve to be canned. If there was a sickout, then I say get rid of the people that did it.

What!!! Do you want to reward them? Don't get rid of them, make them come to work at U so they can take their punishment like the rest--don't let them go now that it really sucks!

Why don't you take a little responsibility for the actions of your union brother and sisters. ....don't you understand the basic English language.?

Uh, don't you understand the english language? Responsibility is like individual dude. If I showed up to work then I am responsable, right?

Can the people who skipped out share a little bit of my responsability for being at work? If not, then how come you want me to share a little bit of responsability for them not being at work?

Understand the english language yet?

Cheers,

Any employee who called in sick ove rthe holiday without a legitimate reason should be terminated, period. These people were dishonest, hurt the customer, and hurt fellow employees.

If people do not want to work at US Airways then they should resign or be terminated.

If there was any person who did not have a legit reason for calling in sick then yes, they should receive the customary discipline.

If the company tries to scapgoat an innocent employee then they should get their butt sued for defamation of character.

I hope any employee who called in sick should be required to have a note, like a child missing school. This isnt managements fault. Some preach morale,....... how does this help?????? This couldve been the nail in the coffin for us...... FIRE the ones who did this. !!!!!! Watched the "Today" show, this morn, They reemed us !!!!!!!!!! This is truely sad... If you wanna spend time with your family at the holidays, or its not enough money, THEN GO FIND A NEW JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are a broken obsolete record that should have been discarded long ago fly child.

EX cavalier, your pal, who you ratted on, but in didn't help you___ 😛

As for myself, sadly I have shown up for every shift, and done my job as always.

However, let me fight the tide here, and say "three cheers" for those who decided they were 'sick' of U! I would be willing to bet there was not a single case of anyone calling off, and not really being sick. Lets face it, we are all sick of the present BS, they just picked this time to give in to it!

Besides, now there are fewer people running against me in the company lottery, for all those great prizes! 😛

It does not matter - you are all out of jobs next month anyway!!!!!! And it is the unions that took down USAirways. Glad your monthly dues eventually sunk you too.
