So, Driver, if Judge Silver rules in favor of Leonidas will you accept that and move on or will you support ucrapa's efforts to, yet again, squirm out of final and binding arbitration?

Serious question. Not flame bait.

IMO, if Judge Silver rules in favor of AOL, it's time to move on. I would oppose (for all the good that would do) appeals to the 9th and SCOTUS. This gunfight has gone on long enough. Since no one is the least bit interested in compromise, let the best case win.

Now, I will ask you the same question. If the ruling went against AOL, would you just let it go and move on?

Serious question also.

Driver...

It sounds reasonable to me to accept a ruling or arbitration as final and binding.

The West accepted the arbitration and did not file any appeals with the 9th.

That sounds like a long winded NO. If we don't merge with AA we might make that Koch thing above look like a cake walk.

So, Ames, if Judge Silver rules in favor of USAPA will you accept that and move on or will you support AOLeeche's efforts to, yet again sneak out the back door with an ill gotten lottery ticket?

Flame bait. Not a serious question. <<---- example of integrity, because it matters

Ill gotten? Explain the fraud that took place during the arbitration YOU AGREED TO. Proof of actual fraud please.

Given our history on this board this probably won't work, but I'm stubborn and going to give it a try.

Without calling anyone a scab, lowlife, seniority thief, lottery winner or arguing what should have happened, when USAPA was elected how long did you think it would take to get a final legal solution?

I'll go first-5 to 7 years.

I could prove it to you but you have already done so spledidly in your own response... You took no exception to the notion that you have gained a windfall lottery ticket (since you feel entitled to it), which is of course by definition I'll gotten because you agreed it wasn't allowed.

But I already warned you it wasn't a serious question it was merely a parody of Ames who was pretending... (boy, I hope he didn't actually take himself seriously!) ... pretending to ask a serious question.

Whatever the judge rules is it. No question. Had George Nicolau arbitrated DOH I would have accepted that as well. I respect the system and I believe my fellow west pilots do as well.

Res, guys like him don't even deserve a response. From now on I will ignore the likes of him, MM, Claxon and their band of mental lightweights. In case you haven't noticed MM has actually started responding to his own posts. No one else takes him seriously.

DOH is an ask. I would have thought NIC got that wrong as well and supported a west effort to mitigate.

DOH was never an ask. It was an unwavering demand right up until the time Mr. Nicolau told the east merger committee to go one last time to negotiate with the west and they stated that they were comfortable with their position.

Nic didn't get anything wrong.

Yes, you would have just as most of us here got over it 24 years ago. You had the misfortune of merging with an airline where 95% are DOH.....then 24 years later NICchanges the rules.....DON'T THINK SO!!!!

Take your snapshot now!!!!
