Talked to my AA buddies they don't really want to merge sounds like they are going to try to work a deal to avoid a merge at this time under the present conditions. They used Parker as leverage to bring Horton back in the picture. If this merge does happen it will be with AA taking us over and showing Parker and company the door, which is nice.

No, they have figured out Horton is going to do the deal, and they used Parker and then discarded him. If he comes into the picture again, it will just be to play Horton. The end deal will be AA running the decisions.
