Huh, you know there is no NIC with APA you have already been told that, where's that coming from, is there a transition agreement with the east that I don't know about? I said before I'm fine with LOA93 you guys are really obssesed with it. I know all my AMR friends want the NIC they to want to lose all their seniority. 😀 😀

Are your friends as stupid as you? How do you not understand that the AA pilots don't care if it is an east or west pilot senior to them. What could they possibly have against the Nicolau list?

Yes we have a TA. We also have an arbitrated list.

My obsession with loa 93 is as long as you stay on on it we are also still on our contract. While you are willing to pay $2.5 million for the 40 extra seats a year you get I am not.
 
What's really hard to fathom is how a mature, responsible, grown man (I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here) claims to take pleasure in provoking others for the sake of entertainment.

And for the record, not agreeing with your view of the world does not constitute in any way shape or form, one not supporting his co-workers.

I would have loved to get DOH, even though I was of the opinion that our strategy was dangerously reckless considering the circumstances. I also expected us as honorable men and women to accept the consequences of our collective choices and move forward. So far USAPA has caused far more harm to me, my family, and my co-workers than the Nic with an industry standard contract of short duration. By now we would be on the second contract much like Delta. Maybe even negotiating a third. We would ALL be making better than our current captain rates, instead of the few who checked out.

So your rants and attacks of all who oppose your view do nothing but demonstrate how your bitterness has blinded your reason.

This westerner is especially deluded. Franke himself would laugh at the irony.

"I am not." Once again, and without possible doubt; that sounds like a purely personal problem. 😉 Well...it might have served you well to reconsider some of your nicster notions...no matter. The irony being that for years now, all that's been shouted from the west is how truly great you have it out there on that glorious contract....So....What's changed?.......?

Something called a fence, about 85% or so of the east pilots will be gone in about 6 or 7 years., that leaves you kids and like I said they want nothing to do with you.
 
. The attrition doesn't do anything for the most senior, but what you can't understand, the majority of those pilots are willing to protect their junior bretheren.

Where is is that list? can't seem to find it. And it's alot more that 40 a year son and soon to be increasing, do you have a class date on the 76 or 330? I think not, Furguson screwed you guys big time. Luv Parkers video about the growth out west, we almost felt sorry for you guys. You have to learn to wait you turn.

It's even worse if he's an east Captain. Bemoaning how being on LOA has harmed he and his family and his co-workers is particulary disturbing. Well, I guess that might be correct if you're not one of his junior co-workers. I'm guessing he and his family have never had the pleasure of being furloughed. He wouldn't have to worry about putting almost an entire list in front of him to capture all of the upcoming attrition. I wonder if he lets all of the F/O's he is with know how lucky they are to have a job, and they should be happy to forgoe upgrade, or maybe even employment, so he might get a raise.

It's truley pathetic that you would try steal another man's job you can upgrade and make less than a Delta F/O.

There have been exactly four east pilots who have come up to me, uninvited, and offered their condolences for the behavior of scabs such as yourself spike.
 
Are you joining nic4us Jake? Has anyone stolen anyone's job here?

Are the west pilots recalled east senior to the new hires or were they added to the bottom of the east list including post merger newhires?
 
I know a few things that are going on that are going to screw us all I have no faith in Hummel or his "compass correction group" He is not the right person to be in charge now he is to weak. At least we FINALLY did something other than sit back,don't care about the injunction, that was the first timeIi have seen this pilot group act together. Now you might be one of the ones begging our current leadership to get this merge done at any cost, which tells me you don't understand how crappy this deal is going to be. But to each his own. Allso for the record I hope they prove me wrong for all our sakes.

I don't want this merger, but I think to stay in the game long term, we need it. I trust the APA about as far as I can throw a 67, which is a little less than I trust management to do what is in the best interest of ALL the employees, not just the shareholders. I didn't want AWA to merge with US, but I knew in the long term it would be better for the company ie me.

I never understood why Parker pursued Delta and not Northwest. Parker is far smarter than I am, but when we went after Delta, I was like, what the ???
