I think hpretread and boing boy need to just go homo and move to Miami.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Ps Jims been out of the game for 5 years and doesn't know shinola.

Duck and weave all you want, I've asked it dozens of times, still haven't gotten an answer from the easties.

Because you know you made the agreement, and you know that people that break agreements are bad people.

Cognitive dissonance, look it up Clyde.

LOL

It really gets you when you're questioned, doesn't it jumbo. You are used to your other Internet buddies bowing to your greatness. Some of us know better.

You've convinced yourself of that so nothing I say will change your mind, and the same could be said of you.

I usually don't answer your questions since you have a habit of just using the answer an a springboard for insults.

You should know as well as anyone why the FA's don't have a joint contract yet, but as usual you've convinced yourself that what you see as a reason supporting your point of view is the only possible reason. In your 20+ years with US since the US/PI merger, when have the FA's ever reached a new contract before the pilots? Even in concessions, the FA's didn't settle before the pilots - that should give you a hint. Yet it looks like this time will break the pattern. The FA's have reached one TA and it looks like they may have another soon. How many TA's have the pilots had since the merger???

1) While I make no such dramatic, and entirely inappropriate comparison to any individuals within this little labor squabble; You do realize (or perhaps not) that even the most mentally deficient sea sponge would immediately know that such a statement makes the very Founding Fathers of America "bad people"...? Again, with no direct comparison to the petty issues here; those that forced into being the Magna Carta must, by your perhaps less-than-a-sea-sponge's estimations, have also been 'bad people"..?
Dr. Martin Luther King, by his refusal to knuckle under to existent legal issues, well...I guess he was among the "bad people" who break agreements as well? Come to think on it; Mohandas K. Ghandi must also have been among the "bad people" of this world, what with his breaking agreements with the British on even producing salt, just for starters....No? 😉

2) "Cognitive dissonance"? LOL...No argument that "some" here clearly suffer from that. 😉 How utterly pathetic that which are sometimes laughably passed off as human "minds" can truly be....Sigh!

Your lying BS about: "I've asked it dozens of times, still haven't gotten an answer from the easties." is just that, entirely, 100%, lying BS. Your personal, (and very glaring) inabiity to either remember and/or intelligently process any answers is purely your OWN problem...and certainly not that of any "union thugs" hereabouts 😉

Village Idiot, look it up Clyde. 😉

Sorta like airline managements that file bankruptcy to void agreements, they made.! So you know they fall into the bad people, Cognitive Dissonance, category!

So, you're comparing yourself to the sleazy scumbags that stole your pension? You're better than that MM.

Bean

You have your reasons, yet choose to find them all "irrelevant". What can I say then? If it makes your evening merrier to again throw the fault flag around...well...have fun with that. 😉 The perception of the majority of the pilots here is that nic got is so far wrong as to make it unacceptable. That a minority segment of the work force enthusiastically supports it fails to change that.
Is that the method you want to use in the next merger? As long as the majority is happy?

In the TWA merger the majority of AA pilots were happy. Good enough?

What happens if the arbitrator decides to use DOH but the AA majority is unhappy. Would it be OK to disregard the arbitration because they are not happy?

Using your logic if the majority of AA pilots think that Nicolau is acceptable and want to use that list as the merger list is that OK? The majority says it makes them happy.

You see just like the other criteria that you east guys throw out (age, happiness, how much you sacrificed) are irrelevant in a SENIORITY integration. Not a longevity integration. Not when will you retire integration.

"Really, guys.....after paying ALPA dues for 15-20 yrs, wouldn't you expect more for your money in the area of loyalty and protection?"

Perfectly expressed sir!

American West employees cannot relate because they never had a define pension plan. Noting to connect to US had a retirement that was in place there whole career and then had the rug pull out from underneath them. Having a Peolpexpress type retirement like HP has was the merger HP/US plan all along. Now it’s a game changer with AA but US had to follow HP down to the bottom of the airline industry

You still don't have an answer do you? You made a binding agreement, you have to live by it, that is what responsible adults do...even union thugs...

Politicians don't, CEOs don't, married couples don't (ever been divorced?), government agencies don't...

The list goes on.

Driver...

Who has broken an agreement? No contract = no Nic, no matter who it favors. Read the trans agreement...Suggest reading the ninth comments as well.

1776. The colonists were burdened with unfair policy. The royal family did not listen. They lost it all. They broke their agreements. Flash forward. Nicolau. You were warned at Wye River. You asked for an unfair agreement. You got in your face, bad boy. It is the American Way, not the way of Franke. Now live with it. You have no choice.

1776?

Yeah, whatever....

You sign a binding arbitration, you live by it.

Well after 4 years of paying usapa dues I still have not gotten anything. I learn much quicker than you guys. Time to dump usapa. I don't want to wait 15-20.

More BS from the east.

Your pension was taken by the court in 2003. You waited until 2008 because it was all about Nicolau. If you guys hated ALPA so much you should have dumped them then. Besides who was it you guys went running to when you did not get your way? ALPA national.

Cite the law that was broken that Metroyet says was broken. You can't. Your cognitive skills are lacking. Your failure to understand labor law is telling. You can't get the Nicolau award implemented. Back at your six, hot sauce, spikes, in spades. Nic4us as well, he is an even poorer student than you.

The airline was called America West.

And, they saved your junkpile of an airline from liquidation.
