I agree that this has gone on much to long.

But that is the entire point of going to final and binding arbitration. The groups get their answer and we all move on instead of waiting on the court system and spending millions of dollars.

This could end today if usapa would simply agree to the result of binding arbitration.

If not this will continue for a very long time. Guess the delay may be starting to get to some of the east.

I don't think it could end today clear. Doug is focused on AA and I don't think he has any interest in doing anything outside that of that. I think we would still have to wait and see what happens with that. That has been a problem the whole time. There hasn't been this clear, great alternative to fighting the Nic.

The clear and great alternative is live up to your word, abide by your agreement accept the Nicolau and move on. That is the point of final and binding arbitration. THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE. All options end with the award.

Actually they don't, you have no JCBA agreement so therefore no lottery ticket, who knows, when DUI DOUG fails in his conquest of AA this place could be sold in pieces!

Agreed. Ignoring reality is ALWAYS an option no matter what the situation is. Not unlike the Air France 330 crew refusing to believe they were stalling, falling 11,000fpm flat into the ocean. Reality ignored every inch of the way down. Just like Steve Bradford's USAPA.

How am I wrong? Has the Nicolai list been put to rest? Does usapa have a DOH contract?

When we end up with a contract and the nicolau list 6 even 10 years after the fact was it really an alternative or just a very expensive delay?
