I did not say I was happy about it. Just pointing out that from day one you east guys have screwed things up. Screwed it up when you were ALPA. Screwed it up when you are usapa. We are used to the east screwing the west. Don't expect anything different dealing with APA.

Beside usapa was going to give away the good west provisions anyway. I had come to terms with that a long time ago.

When most people say they are "getting the popcorn" it is to sit down and enjoy the viewing. Or maybe you take popcorn and sit down and watch train wrecks all the time.

What good west provisions? Alll of them? The long rate? Nope, already TAed and I'm pretty sure it's not on the term sheet. PBS? No they threw that in on the comprehensive proposal.

Actually that sentiment makes perfect sense when one realizes that USAPA is nothing but a scab outfit with zero intention of improving the lives of those they extort money from. USAPA is doomed merger or not. I hope you've enjoyed the experiment and 5 additional years of LOA93.

Okay...here is a good discussion topic.

Kirby mentioned a 3 way....Parker mentioned a 3 way... Perhaps what they were refering to was how many participants would be involved in a MB SLI, not how many list would be used.

From what I am hearing the discussion was front and center at the AOL metting yesterday. It seems MB follows CAB rules, and any interested party can offer opinion to the arbitration panel.

So, what you have is one union (APA the survivor), two lists (AMR and Nic), three parties (American, east and West). With a possibly two other parties wanting to add input (the company and the TWA pilots).

BTW, the TWA pilot's lawsuit filed a few weeks ago by none other than K. Horner (AWA merger committee member [told you he would show up again]) and other TWA pilots, may have the leverage to get them into the mix of an LCC/AMR SLI.

So, to conclude...the 3 way did not mean 3 list....it meant 3 participants. Again the 1..2..3 plan. 1 union..2 lists..3 parties.

The West was absolutely stupid to not compromise. You were warned about what would happen at Wye when you did your greedy deal to put guys with 18 yrs. below new hires. That was greed and stupid. Then the pay parity. Absolutely screwed you over in the process. You asked for USAPA. You got it. Nobody was going to go along with the new hires going above those guys. What a stupid move. You need to think about how stupid that entire idea was, because you caused the entire leaving ALPA because of it.

But, if you want to compare a violent act in which a deranged individual attacks and kills multiple victims, destroys many lives and effects the entire nation, least of which is the promotion of one judge within her district court, then I would say that the parrallel to draw is that usapa is the gunman.

The West did not put guys with 18yrs(bs figure that keeps growing) below newhires, the arbitration panel did.

Further, the West could no longer care less what bs arguements you put out there about Wye River or whatever. You are completely full of it.

I forget the vote count, but it went like 2600 in favor of usapa, 2400 for ALPA. Which means there are 2600 scabs at usapa at all levels of the east seniority list. The east was not protecting the 18 yr guy, every one of those 2600 scabs was trying to steal from the West.

Oh, BTW...go shove parity up your Wye River.

I was hired at AWA before Franke... that did not make me the CEO.

I suppose you think that the arbitrators of the last four pilot seniority integrations are also out to destroy the airline industry? Can't wait to hear what you say about a certain Arizona District Court Chief Justice when she puts the scabs in their place, or the union of the country's largest airline (APA) after an LCC/AMR merger, that does not use the usapa scab approach of stealing jobs as the foundation of unionism.

Your post just keep getting more and more removed from reality. I suggest you actually do some work in that cubicle the FAA has put you in and let the taxpayers get their money's worth, otherwise who knows....you might get furloughed again.

Check out the negative vote total I am racking up because I brought up the 1..2..3..plan.

I put out a serious discussion topic, particularly the effect that the TWA lawsuit might bring to a future LCC/AMR merger SLI, and the Luv9 Claxidiot scab group does not respond with opposite opinion, only mud slinging and negative votes.

So, in response to your original post, the answere is yes....this board is only good for the trainwreck entertainment value.

I don't agree with USAPA on a lot of things, but actually I have to say that I think I'm personally better off with the way things have turned out than had we voted in the Kirby with the Nic.
