The circumstances involved with judge Silver's becoming Chief Justice are far more tragic than some east scab's crappy career decisions.

Circumstances notwithstanding, the fact of the matter is that Judge Silver became the Chief Justice in Arizona because she was the most senior when the job came open.

In other words, she understands the concept of DOH, because that's why she has the top job on the bench in Arizona today.

The West was absolutely stupid to not compromise. You were warned about what would happen at Wye when you did your greedy deal to put guys with 18 yrs. below new hires. That was greed and stupid. Then the pay parity. Absolutely screwed you over in the process. You asked for USAPA. You got it. Nobody was going to go along with the new hires going above those guys. What a stupid move. You need to think about how stupid that entire idea was, because you caused the entire leaving ALPA because of it.

Leaving alpo was your deal. You had the numbers. I'd say you got what you asked for.

One of you guys better start reading up on what it takes to form a non profit LLC. As soon as APA crushes USCABA out of existence, you're on your own. APA isn't going to jeopardize themselves and pick up the USAPA torch...they're going to leave it where it is, on the trash heap. File whatever legal motions or appeals you want, as soon as USAPA is killed....poof goes the appeal. Done.

I noticed that! It sounds like any minute he/she is going to piss his/her pants. I also think he/she is a closet scab.. I guess that what happens when you know his/her airline was created by scabs. For being such a done deal those Westoffs sure sound pissed. I almost cried a river listening to how bad they say they have been treated. I might even send a six pack the next time the Leonides scabs do there little circle jerk.

It could be some deep irony or sarcasm. USAPA members are encouraged not to take mistake-making into their own hands as their leaders retain some very expensive legal representation to do this for them.

You are most likely correct Hawkhunter. Nic4US is most likely an original Franke Scab, and probably traveled internationally to break the Australians. That would explain a lot of the scab cover and bluster, trying to deflect the truth which is he was one. They have listened to the Leonidas lawyers yarns way too long. It will be a real treat very soon when the Nicolau fantasy dies a quick death.
