Yeah...I didn't/don't see how 3 lists would magically "tank the merger" in any way....Way too much money at stake for that to even be a big blip on anyone's radar I'd think.

There are currently three lists being used and nobody can sue about it. How dare DP consider using those three lists... I mean imagine the jeopardy he would be in if he did some status qou sh1t in the midst of negotiations.

You do realize this is the era that NASA is hiring retired, over 60 pilots to fly the SR-71? Its a pretty prestigious position. One could be experiencing that reality, sorta like another "one" experienced multiple furloughs, vicariously of course.
