AOL in that case does not sue the defunct usapa. AOL sues the Airline Parties. Remember those guys? The ones with the actual money and a collective bargaining agreement with the West pilot class.

The slimers always forget that USAPA is merely an agent of the members. If APA gets sued for promoting the DFR that USAPA began and damages are awarded, they will simply assess those pilots who were part of the east class (if you can stand the irony of that phrase) for that amount.

Imagine a paycheck with uniond dues and assessments of $1000-2000 dollars percheck and knowing that money is going to west pilots!
