Pension investigation $3.8 million (Prediction) Dismissed

That is nothing but chump change, compared to what was stolen from us.

Additonally; are you suggesting that the AFA, and virtually all other unions (outside of this insane industry at least), are all wrong in their methods...because a small handful of arbitrations have used some witches cauldron from which to draw forth results?

NIC---ALPA ---USAPA ----whatever--- but some folks that fly for a living are smoking a new kind of drug that blinds them as to what is a windfall award-----85 hire date against a 99 hire date is a windfall beyond comprehension.

It is obviously beyond your comprehension that the east is not going to steal West jobs....no matter when they were hired at their last company.

Oh, and the east had its chance to contest the award on grounds that it did not meet ALPA merger policy, including the "windfall" provision. Problem was the Nic conforms with the policy, is not a windfall, and passed scrutiny of ALPA national even though the east pulled its representation from the process.

More importantly I or any of the west pilots stole anything from you. So I don't give a crap what you think you are owed. Find someone else to collect from but that has nothing to do with a seniority arbitration.

Next if you think throwing good money after bad is a good idea you guys deserve to be the lowest paid, least respect people allowed to fly aircraft in the world.

Not all unions use DOH...I have posted this before.

Within some unions seniority is not a factor, so it does not even matter, others use methods commenserate to their particular industry in order to assign jobs, and positions are determined by other factors as well.

So, you are wrong in your "virtually all other unions" statement. Actually very wrong.
