Again they totally disregard historical fact.

Seems this time it is the negotiations and mediation phases of the integration that completely slips their mind.

I think you are wrong though Move...I believe the east MC told the idiots that they could protect the widebodies and get fences but the east battle cry was DOH or ....or.....or.....or....else.....

Tiresome BS indeed, as if it's now the supposed "fault" of those at American that their pathetic excuse for management has placed the operation into BK? By that "logic" of course; all the APA people should become ready furlough-fodder for all those within this "thriving" entity?....No?....Sigh!...I honestly must wonder some times....Is it even POSSIBLE for any people to be so entirely bereft of even the slightest understanding of this world's workings? Btw...that's yet more BS icing on the already rancid, "I'm entitled/I'm Special/I should get everything" cake you bake out your way. You completely skipped by the fact that I was correct, and it would have been furlough by least time worked. The bankruptcy issue, I'm certain, would have easily been replaced with astrological signs, or whatever else was ever needed to sustain the infantile notions of complete, (and hopeless to ever change), pure and perpetual entitlement......

So the furloughed AA pilots should come back and US airways pilots should become furlough fodder in stead? If it is not pilots fault but managements fault. If you feel so strongly please step aside and give them your position. Better yet how about bidding back to F/O so that long suffering F/O can take your place for awhile.

Your last statement is hilarious. This from the group that reminds us almost daily about how much you have sacrificed and should be paid back by upgrading ahead of west pilots because of how much you gave to a company that is gone.

Talk to the veteran that created the list. He is the guy that has done many many seniority lists and he thought that furloughed pilots should remain furloughed and they should be the first to go if recalled and more furloughed needed to happen.

We are just trying to enforce what we all agreed to.

So stop with the entitlement name calling. Take it up with the guy that designed the list.

Just like if you have a problem with not getting snap back talk to the arbitrator the company did not deny you your dream the facts and the guy that decides that did.

...another arguement to make in front of an arbitrator as to why West positions should be advanced, they need to be to recoup from the about to be extint arbitration reneging usapa.

Wanna buy a bridge? This is a lawyers dream... continual litigation and arbitration.

Put the present paradigm in front of a 3 arbitator panel such as was used with Delta/Northwest and I will be happy to settle for whatever comes out of it.

How even such as yourself can manage to misinterpret outright and obvious contempt as supposed "whining" must give anyone proper pause. Per "your level of escapism"...well...I'll cheerfully leave those gallant "spartans" in the ummm....errr..."army" of leonidas to anyone feeling the need for an interesting psychiatric study. The ability to even generate that type of immersive, infantile fantasy, generally runs it's full course in early youth.
