Thanks FA Mikey, I mistakenly believed the level varied from state to state.

I agree 100%. This is his personal problem for him to deal with at home. I'm sure that the embaressment that it his caused him already is a lesson in itself. If he was showing up at work tanked up, that would be a different story. Over my career, I have known of MANY fellow employess that have hit the local watering hole after work.I don't think it is anyone's business.
The prior offenses were some time ago. (I think)
I am quite sure that the Board knew of this way before it went public. At this point in the game, the Board would be stupid to release Doug in the midst of a merger.
Let's get over it and resume our OWN lives.
Do any of us have one? I sure as he!! do and could care less about Parker's personal life

Most of them drove home afterwards without incident. I'm not saying that it is the right thing to do by any means, but if it didn't occur at the office...Keep it out of the office.
I believe a few years ago all states had to make it 0.08 BAC . If they didn't they would lose Federal Funds for their Highways. Here in PA they wanted it to stay 0.10 but were forced to go down, and if I recall correctly, it was not put in effect till the last possible moment. Thanks FA Mikey, I mistakenly believed the level varied from state to state.

I think it's about federal money for roadways. The Fed's say this is the limit, states have to follow or loose some amount of funding. Same for speed limits, but that's juced a bit. Depends how strait the road is, people, towns, citys near the highway are. Mont. has faster speed limits than Mass. because of the vast wastlands. Thanks FA Mikey, I mistakenly believed the level varied from state to state.

LOL, you are probably right.1.0? I believe the person would no longer be breathing!!
I think you mean .10
He has been caught 4 times on the road. This shows a reckless abandon for others, himself and the law. Make's you wonder if he is on the sauce at work. Four DUI's does not make for a casual user.
May god have mercy on us if Scott Kirby becomes our CEO. We need to stand behind Doug he's the best we will ever get.
Lucky you didn't get caught is a pretty self serving statement. How about luckily you didn't kill or injure anyone. When I was in my 20s and early 30s, I used to go out after work and on weekends and get really f'ed up!
I was lucky!!!! I never injured/killed anyone.
There were nights when I should NOT have been driving and didn't even remember the drive home.
I was lucky not to get caught. Unfortunately Doug...and MANY others have not been that lucky.
I am not saying I am proud of what I did, but the point is I too did it and so probably have you , your mom, your dad, your aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins, grandparents, wife, husband, friends...etc...get my point????
Some are just not lucky enough to get away with it.
If this makes Doug a bad person, I would hate to see what is in your "closet" on judgement day!!!!
