at a meeting last week with LL pres schifano,word was once appeal was filed the issue went back to status quo.however,they (iam) expect a move by the company to file a request to lift the injunction.....with a corresponding filing by iam.during the time (if) injunction was lifted and iam could appeal...U could get a/c into repair.
