Pete...China isn't stupid. if you were running a business and one of your suppliers sourced their product from China, and would now face a 25% tariff - China is going to pass it on to your supplier. Does your supplier eat that cost, or do they pass it on to you? Do you eat that cost, or do you pass it on to your customer? Oh...the tariff gets paid. But by whom?

Rather than tariff and Trump...let's imagine the same scenario using the words "democrat" and "tax". If a democrat implemented a 25% business tax, would you grumble, pay it and charge the same price for your product or service, or would you pass it on to the consumer?

I wasn't talking about Obmacare, and I do believe that I refrained from insults. I simply asked - who is paying the tariffs? It's a simple question with a simple answer, yet for some reason, you have not answered it. So I'll ask it again. Who is paying for Trump's tariffs?

Well considering I was probably around ten or so when the Japanese started dumping cheap cars ,I didn’t have any thoughts about it.
I don’t drive a Toyota I drive a Ford you know the company that didn’t take a government handout.
If you think the China situation should be left alone then it’s you who’s over their head.
