Here is the insane part, you think you are winning. Next year Delta will have 1,400 FIRST OFFICERS with a pay rate above $160 an hour. That's right 1,400 FIRST OFFICERS that make more than your A-330 Captains. A B-717 Captain flying domestically with 110 passengers will be making $183, the FIRST OFFICERS will be making $125, yep that is your A-320 CA pay. This is mass insanity on the part of the East pilots to think that waiting for 7 years for an upgrade that gets them to industry standard FIRST OFFICER pay rates. Wake up guys, you are not cutting off your nose to spite your face you are cutting off your arms, legs, and most of the rest of your career to spite ???????????? Who knows, the list of people you have grudges against seems too long to list.

Side note, thank you for leaving ALPA so we don't have to deal with this train wreck any more.

Why don't you address those feelings to those suing since the court has clarified their union's legal rights. They could wait their turn and enjoy those wage rates if they were attainable. You could just as easily say they are the ones delaying the process. Of course what is between the lines is surely they would advocate for those rates no doubt but they want the captain side of the ledger on those rates with many less year at the airline than their peers. Occupy Wall Street mentality.

I'm sure you would never hear a West pilot say it was "their union."

Hey idiot, the court did nothing. You've always been able to put out a new list but, for some reason, won't do it.

I wonder why? Maybe its because your union knows the legal ramifications of doing so and is still trying to figure out a way around it.

The only delay comes from the east and their inability to follow through on their agreement.

Where's my contract USAPA?!?!?!?

Why its only 90 days away.

As an FYI, Hummel stated he's had enough of this delay so to show his displeasure with the company he's started another clock on the USAPA website that counts the minutes of USAPA's frustration with the company.

That'll get 'em!!

Really? Actually I see on the MARKED SPECIAL DAYS USAPA CALENDER, the day "WAKES DECISION WAS VACATED BY THE 9TH" and rendered mute and a "CLEAN SLATE" ! EXISTS for USAPA! GO ALONG MARTY NEEDS XMAS SHOPPING MONEY!
What did vacating that ruling get you? That was 2.5 years ago we are not one bit closer to getting a contract.

Honoring one's agreement? Selling out?, In other words I am entitled and want your job! TOAST ! Never happen DREAM ON! DUI said overstaffed, no hiring 2013! Enjoy those vacation days!

What part of Binding Arbitration do you not understand? The Binding part? The Arbitration part?

(BTW, good call on the Kasher decision, you were SO sure you were right, but at least you are consistent in never being right)

Granted, USAPA doesn't have many arrows in their quiver, but I thought it was great that Hummel kicked up a little dust in the news the other day.

I don't think, it will, nor do I think it should, derail the merger, but I am glad he came out and said what he did.

....because if you're a USAPA supporter how you feel trumps results and reality...
