Why the NIC will never float!
A couple of questions on this. First, it looks like it takes an east DOH of 1/88 to hold an A320 Captain position. How does that DOH status on a NB left seat compare with the other majors like DL, UA, AA, and WN? Does it take an 87/88 DOH to hold a NB Captain position at those airlines?

Second, using DOH, what position could a west 12/96 line holding captain hold in a fully integrated system with the east? Seems like a huge downgrade for a west Captain under DOH, so do you think that fact may have played into the arbitration panel's decision to reject DOH as the integration methodology?

Who cares? No matter though = I know!!!...The only appropriate thing to do here would be to put some west person like yourself, with over a decade or more LESS time worked, ahead of all those people!!! Yeah!...That makes perfect "sense"!

Speaking earlier of bean's "...pilots with an IQ over 50, that have to witness this stupidity up close." You really do post your "logic" purely to provide us all some fine chuckles, don't you? 😉

Yep. Jealousy, bitterness, and no moral compass have driven the East over a cliff in the USAPA bus. They live in a world where they are ordained by the almighty himself to take whatever they want, from whomever they want, whenever they want. Despite the fact that Karma was been bludgeoning them for years, they will never learn.

The AA merger will come with the Nic and a big fat raise, or no merger, LOA 93 forever.

Dave O Dell is a great guy! By the way, he is about 150 numbers out of a 190 Capt seat. Are you going to call him a scab too?

Just because you thieves got caught, and stopped doesn't mean you can pull the integrity and moral compass junk out. Quit trying to steal, and reset your moral compass.
 
Silver denied the company's latest motion to reconsider.

The company has until Jan 03, 2013 to file an appeal with the 9th.


Going in front of the 9th again might be a huge mistake on the company's part, so no prediction from me whether they will file or not.

Maybe AOL and/or USAPA will appeal...ever thought of that?

Looks like new hire pilots on the East list will be advanced in a few years that give them seniority rights that you don't have.

Don't pull your hand out of that bucket of water too fast.

Exactly, that is what conditions and restrictions are for, besides can you say "DISPLACEMENT"! The west does 30% east flying now how much do you think they would do when DUI closes PHX!

WTF are you talking about?

Odell is hundreds of numbers senior to the most junior 190 captain, and the scabs stole his position, and still owe it to him via the IOU in the 757/190 arbitration.
 
Are you sure you're not Claxon? "no F/O's at these LOA CAPT rates,"??? Did you get a new contract? You're on LOA93!!! The industry is moving on up. Just ignore the real world outside though, because: Waahooooo, you're upgrading to captain on a regional airline contrac!. Time to upgrade that double wide! You guys crack me up🙂 I feel sorry for the east pilots with an IQ over 50, that have to witness this stupidity up close.

The pic investigation is being funded by East pilots only. The pic committee is not using union dues or time.
You would be wrong again.

The pic assessment was voted on twice. That vote used union dues.
The pic updates using the union resources of the comm committee.
The assessment is sent to usapa and union resources are used to account and pay the bill.
The BPR and officers time is spent managing that committee. Union resources.
The government affairs updates talk about all of the time they spend with congress on behalf of the pic.

All using union resources paid for by union dues. ALL union members. My money.

Since you don't work here and don't pay dues. What concern is it of yours?
