A couple of questions on this. First, it looks like it takes an east DOH of 1/88 to hold an A320 Captain position. How does that DOH status on a NB left seat compare with the other majors like DL, UA, AA, and WN? Does it take an 87/88 DOH to hold a NB Captain position at those airlines?Why the NIC will never float!
Second, using DOH, what position could a west 12/96 line holding captain hold in a fully integrated system with the east? Seems like a huge downgrade for a west Captain under DOH, so do you think that fact may have played into the arbitration panel's decision to reject DOH as the integration methodology?
