Thank you for clearly confirming the "spineless" part. I'd afterwards, almost felt some slight quams about bluntly asserting that without more direct personal knowledge of you outside of this thread. So that's nic-speak for your being a spineless and pathetic little punk, who knows he's so far out of his depth here that all now know him to be a complete joke....which would just get much, much worse if you actually demonstrate that in real life...? Oh well. I must admit you make quite a formidable and compelling argument for yourself though kid. Let's see...your entire basis for any self-worth whatsoever rests completely in being younger and having an Xbox? 🙂...Oops!...and, how could I forget the most important ingredient in your frantic fantasies? = Nic 😉

How can I select a proper pasture, much less contentedly browse around in one, if the icy hand of death is already on my shoulder!..? 🙂 Had you studied any aspect of psychology; you would realize your last to be strangely complimentary in nature. It amounts to an admission that you've not what it takes to do anything to even defend yourself here...but can take hope and refuge in the notion of a future unburdened by your betters....which, in your case, I can only wish you the best of luck in ever finding. An honestly well intentioned suggestion here is to at least learn some manners and hopefully evolve from there. Good luck to you otherwise, in all matters..well....other than the nic, of course 😉

Seriously boo boo fighter pilot, I have no intention of helping you fill that hole you have. At your age, my aerobatic time alone would be enough to embarrass you. And besides, I've got kids to focus on and not past-their-prime pilots who need to validate the only part of their careers that brought them happiness.

something I find strange, since we are talking relevance.

On the day of the merger there were 1884 pilots at AWA. following that many more were hired, even recalled West. Now allowing for the reductions in the TA, (which BTW we know the company has violated) exactly how many pilots does it take to fly West min block?

See, the incredibly strange thing is, the West seniority list is down drastically. Somebody posted there are only 1200 some odd active West pilots. Whats more, there are about 50 retirements coming up through 2013, and no plans whatsoever of adding to the West, not even recalling the furloughs that are still senior to Colello.

The Nicolau opinion and award said that the AWA seniority list had 1894 pilots on it. He says they were all active, but I don't see how. What I'm guessing he meant was that none were furloughed. You had to have had some out on disability, sup, etc and not had 1894 pilots flying the line.

It also says Odell was the most junior, so I assume he was #1894. On the new Nic list a west pilot put out last year he is listed as #1668, a drop of only 226. There are only 40 or so still on furlough, right? So, it seems that you have a sizable number out as non-active. You need the active line pilots on 5/2005 and block hours flown vs the same today to get an accurate comparison. Then, you have to figure that you have removed a fleet type and it's sup. pilots and the need for reserve and the same for the LAS base. I've heard you were overstaffed after the 737 retirement, but the company decided not to furlough because it wasn't cost effective. Maybe that is why you don't need anymore for the retirements?


And the company was found to not be in compliance with the block hour provision because of the way they calculated it. They changed it.
 
The Franke Air pilots at the younger ages have moved along to better jobs. As always has been the case at Franke. Those with scab histories, no college, and the other Franke attributes remain. Move2 is the perfect example. NICOLAU got it wrong. Nice job rectifying it in Federal Court. USAPA free to bargain. No Nic. Excellent!
