So what leverage does usapa have to get the company to accept usapa’s proposed seniority scam?

Ummm....well...there's the little, entirely inconsequential bit about usapa being the legal and actual bargaining agent...and I'd suggest that "scam" more clearly applies to any perveted fantasy wherein, with properly "logical" and of course...."righteous" notions, any incredibly twisted idea could even exist towards considering placing some 3 month/new-hire as "senior" to ANYone with 17 years of unbroken service!!! That last insanity?...Well..There's a true scam! 😉 Too bad for you that your bunch couldn't actually sell it to anyone in the end.

Sheesh!..I hate it when I can't immediately get some decent sleep after a long trip...Guess this latest good news is a bit interesting even to such as myself....Oh well 🙂

Face it Barrister..you been arguing for 5 years that usapa did not have any responsibility for the TA. Everybody except Seeham has told you usapa inherits the predecessor union's contract.

It is not the west that is getting in between him and his merger. It is the bargaining agent. East pilots, usapa.

Take a look at the term sheet. It does not say anything about cutting the west pilots out of negotiations, but it sure does sit usapa in the corner.

You keeping telling us we are going to be sold off. Have you got a date for that or just more BS? Got the name of a buyer? Can't sell without a buyer. Just like usapa can't propose a seniority list without someone on the other side willing t pick it up.

No date yet keep ya posted, but it is coming, Tuff selling nothing of value, especially in this industry!

I take great offense to the false accusation regarding education, and rebut by saying this.

The West pilot class in general has such a diverse talent base that one need look no further than the safety record of the two groups to see just exactly who has the superior "education".

Further, I have acted the part of reason and decency. I have afforded the fake union every opportunity to repent from its malicious attack on the very people it is charged with representing. I have given them 4 years, and they continue their attack.

I did not start down this path. I was pushed onto a detour I did not want to take, but now that I am here, I am going to make sure I get to the same destination.
