Something the West fails to grasp is that USAPA never sued to get the authority to bargain, they have always had it. The West, and most recently the company, sued in an attempt to limit USAPA's authority to bargain, and they failed utterly.

They will, we will be meeting with the APA boys shortly to talk about the possible merge
scenarios so far they seem to be OK with the 2 lists going DOH with fences. Just relax you will be well protected in PHX.

It's quite ironic that in your eagerness to express your displeasure of USAPA, you failed to take heart that indeed USAPA does truly have the authority to freely bargain, and if there was any doubt, on the part of the company especially, all doubt has been removed.

well dumb ass when you say we will be meeting with the APA and then say an expression of our side. That is admitting that usapa does not represent the west because we is suppose to be the union for LCC pilots not east pilots or as you say your side.

Now do you have any question in your tiny mind with an attitude like that it will be easy for the west to prove no legitimate reason for using anything other than the Nicolau?

USAPA was sued because they failed to represent the west fairly and to honor previous agreements. And the fact that you, having the majority, have failed to advance your union's directive of DOH shows that you, not us, have failed.

You control the entire process yet the company still holds only the Nic.
