Just like the 9th, indeed. Wide range of reasonableness. And to think USAPA was diligent, even recently, to defend all pilots in that they fought to deny the company from getting immunity. Always looking out for the best interest of all its members.

We are starting to hear that not to many people are giving money anymore to AOL, they are broke and in debt to the attorneys, and feel they have been mislead and lied to by Furguson (go figure). The implosion has started.
Wanna bet? Events like this multiply contributions exponentially. Couple that with the Westies reading all the posts you boy put out, and we have to get a bigger PO box.

Thanks luvr, we can always count on your help!

....that doesn't disadvantage the West........
Luved your recall attempt the other day in CLT, how did that work for you..... PS the Compass boys and our side are looking at ridding ourselves of Hummel. Hey recall this!!!!!!!!!

Always looking out for the best interest of all its members, within a wide range of reasonableness.

And a moronic one at that. You do realized its not being used because you sent this into litigation, right?

Keep your two cents. Being on LOA 93, you need it.
He's still the best example of why we need more money in public education!

Be careful daring the east division pilots Nic4. You dared them at WYE River, You lost. You dared them to leave ALPA, they left. You dared them to appeal Wake. They did. The company went up against them with Silver. They have to accept USAPA s list.
You have lost EVERY dare. You have no harm. It is just an entitlement every other group at LCC did not get. You won't either. This is the latest dare you will again lose.

Not daring the east...I know the east is completely stupid and willing to cut their nose to shiiit where they eat.

I am daring the company to accept an illegal revision to an already completed SLI from already ratified CBAs.

Hey "Traitorjake", tell your west boys how long the the TWA DFR went. LMFAO. Hard to have a DFR when both unions agree (APA and USAPA) to a seniority list. Hey, here's an idea why don't you quit and give your number to a furloughed west boy!!!

Hey, I got a better idea.....

Why don't you go talk to your APA non-sources and ask them why they met with West pilots independently of usapa?

oh---oh, did not see that one coming did you?

It won't take 8 years like the TWA deal, it won't even take 8 months.....90 days is the term I believe.

Complete utter total lie.

usapa filed during the DJ to have the company released from any liability, and have all liability shifted to the union. We all know why the scabs did this, but I do not know why you now lie about it when it is so easily proven a false statement.

I am not going to go back and find the scab motion unless you reply with some other BS because most on this board actually have a memory.

I am sure all the scabs out east will really turn on each other once the NMB tells usapa to go screw themselves.

Add that to the APA rejection of the usapa scab plan, the company's rejection of any non-Nic seniority list, and there you have it.

Boom...usapa implosion.

Yes, Doug is shaking in his boots, I'm sure.

No..Doug is not shaking in his boots...he is playing pocket pool tossing all that extra cash you are supplying around his trousers.

He has a big old smile on his face knowing all he has to do is reject any non-Nic list, and the east scabs will gladly go to work on LOA93.

Hint: My friend, if you over-use a word for hyperbole, you have to come up with a more exaggerated term the next time you want to employ hyperbole.

How about the eastern pilots you idiot, you grovel under the western boot too much. I really do not know how your fellow pilots tolerate you. You were wrong about the entire issue, and you don't have the fortitude to apologize. USAPA was totally legal, and corrected an arbitration that was totally out of bounds. Not every decision is fair. You should have had the cojones to recognize just how bad it was. Instead you sleep with the enemy. Shame.

Although pilots from predecessor US Airways agreed to binding arbitration on seniority, they generally felt so disenfranchised by Nicolau's list that they voted to leave the

after 57 years and to create a new union, the U.S. Airline Pilots Association. The list's most controversial component placed a 56-year-old pilot with 17 years at US Airways, who was never laid off, behind a 35-year-old America West pilot with a few months on the job. In hundreds of similar cases, east pilots with 15 or more years at the carrier went behind west pilots with just a few years.

The fact you supported this, makes you a traitor. I would never fly with you. I could not trust you. Shame.
