....that doesn't disadvantage the West........

"in hundreds of similar cases, east pilots with 15 or more years at the carrier went behind west pilots with just a few years." the street.com

Poor west children, let them demonstrate the harm, when this is out there. Everyone knows the truth, and the truth is the greedy were caught in their scheme. Busted.

Let the crybaby Nic4 try the harm on this. I guarantee it will not fly. I would imagine judge and jury would squirm uncomfortably and angrily waiting to strike them down when they tried to foist this bogus argument. Let them try it. It will just make Marty some more $$$$$

I am daring the company to accept an illegal revision to an already completed SLI from already ratified CBAs.

Hmmm....Who's ruled anything to be "an illegal revision"? I must have completely missed where/when that took place....and anyway...I just dunno 'bout that bit nic. That kinda' reminds me of the west's good ole' "Send the cards...I DARE you!" days....just sayin' 😉

He's still the best example of why we need more money in public education!

Possibly, although I'm dubious that any amount of funding would ever enhance the educational experience for some, and one can't rule out the likely lack of protective head gear for sports in certain cases as well.

So then...P.T Barnum WAS right.

P.T. Barnum never meant to denigrate those who would give him money needlessly, at least not if it would reduce the amount of money he could collect. Oh, I get it now!

How about the eastern pilots you idiot, you grovel under the western boot too much. I really do not know how your fellow pilots tolerate you. You were wrong about the entire issue, and you don't have the fortitude to apologize. USAPA was totally legal, and corrected an arbitration that was totally out of bounds. Not every decision is fair. You should have had the cojones to recognize just how bad it was. Instead you sleep with the enemy. Shame.

The fact you supported this, makes you a traitor. I would never fly with you. I could not trust you. Shame.

His fellow pilots can't stand him along with his friend our "hiar club for men president", but he would have you believe otherwise, and don't expect him to admit he was wrong he's to much of a pu.....

No..Doug is not shaking in his boots...he is playing pocket pool tossing all that extra cash you are supplying around his trousers.
Hey we are just happy to help the company, can't wiat till you pieced off by AMR, they have a nasty habit of getting rid of dead wood (PHX).

To the ones that don't like me it's a small price to pay to distance myself from the likes of you.

The majority of the Captains I fly with agree with me, that guys like you are the problem.

Go back to your delusions.

No one said anything about thwarting it you idiot. But Parker will want as smooth a road as possible and Nic provides that.

There's no way around the Nic.

Such "logic" always both amuses and yet amazes me. Your side can't thwart it, which, in case you missed the point (even within your own posting) means that you have no real power at all to impose your will here. Having openly admitted essential impotence with that; you still then proceed to imply some tremendous power, by suggesting that the west can make this anything other than a "smooth road". This is then followed by the entirely faith-based fantasy that "There's no way around the Nic", without the slightest shred of not only basic logic, but even any thin thread of rational support whatsoever for the notion. I can only suppose that some strange degree of comfort is gained from such mindless chanting.

Should this nic thing not work out for you (as inconceivable a notion as that is, of course)..what's plan B..perhaps becoming a dancing, chanting devotee of Krishna? 😉

From the left seat's perspective; I can't directly speak to that, but I must note that I've yet to exchange views with ANY of the other crew positions that agree with you. It's certainly reasonable to assume that neither of us universally knows the will of thousands of our coworkers though.

Hint: My friend, if you over-use a word for hyperbole, you have to come up with a more exaggerated term the next time you want to employ hyperbole.

The fact is you got it wrong....and can't admit that.

usapa tried to relieve the company and take the liability on itself, we all know why. It did not work. The company is liable if they collude with usapa and amend the TA...CBA in a manner that harms the West.

hint; admitting a mistake is the first step in not making it again.

Nope...it will fly...

Non-Nic means unquestionably ripe DFR time. What won't fly is a scab stealing his co-workers job, no matter how many years he spent on furlough.

What won't fly is a scab stealing his co-workers job,.....

Do you mean like this? If so, then we are in agreement. "The list's most controversial component placed a 56-year-old pilot with 17 years at US Airways, who was never laid off, behind a 35-year-old America West pilot with a few months on the job."
