So. What is the "legitimate Union Purpose" for USAPA to abandon the Nic Award? It took a Jury less than 90 minutes of deliberation to shoot down every effort $eham put forth last time.

If I were USAPA I wouldn't be too thrilled with Silvers ruling. USAPA is free to Jump off a cliff, and the company can be liable for the ratified contract.

My guess is barring the merger, no new contracts for anybody for the foreseeable future. Years.

Hate to disappoint you, but I work M-F and sometimes weekends and sometimes at night, so you can stop worrying (or is it stalking?) about what I do for a living. The kids are being taken care of by the employees that take care of the kids. If you want be more pathetic and even more of a creepy stalker, then call HR and complain, but damn, you really need to get a hobby or do something meaningful with your life when you are outside of the cockpit, you really come off as a sad, desperate, obsessed person.

This is not what I understood to be proposed. The company got an answer (and not what CG predicted as the "only logical answer" I might add.) How can the company do anything but negotiate now? With the obvious caveat that USAPA is hanging by a thread. USAPA, did you learn from the first DFR case?
