Many of the West simply don't get it... The 9th NEVER said that the East and West were left to negotiate a SLI... They left USAPA free to bargain with the company.

Wide range of reasonableness. Easy. Legitimate union objective. Easy. As soon as the company wants to move on they will do so rapidly and they won't hesitate or ever look back.

No PHX, many of you easties don't get it.

USAPA has always been free to bargain with the company and that has never been in dispute. You guys even tried to push your list across the table but the company rejected it.

You don't have a LUP. Simply stating that its in USAPAs CBLs isn't a LUP.

If the company wanted to move forward, they wouldn't be filing an appeal that's going to take a couple of years to get through the system.

Try thinking before you post.

Leonidas meeting still on schedule. Come on by!

Oh, I'm sure it is. There is no way the lawyers are going to let this go until they've wrung every last dime out of it that is possible. They can promise anything and are required to deliver nothing. Just like most lawyers.

Have your meeting. I'm sure you will hear "damn the torpedos"...right up to the point that someone says "DAMN... THE TORPEDOS!!!".

It always works this way no matter which side you are on. Just part of our wonderful legal system.

The West gets it just fine.....and...once more, the West is in no mood to negotiate with cheating scumbags...so, we leave usapa "free to negotiate for all LCC pilots, both east and West, UNDER PAIN OF UNQUESTIONABLY RIPE DFR, once a contract is ratified".

Wide range of reasonableness. Easy, just use the Nic, or lose DFR. Legitimate union object. Easy. use the Nic, because reneging on binding arbitration is "powerful evidence" against an unfair scab union.

When the company wants to move on...they will not even consult usapa...so negotiate away.

Sorry, but I just don't buy into the "it's all about me" mentality. Come to think of it, my kids don't either......so we are back to that same old problem......your Dad should have beat your ass when you were young.

breeze

Yeah, child abuse is the answer. Now I know where you're coming from.

Binding unbound. Movemetroclearnic4 coming undone. Silver and the 9th soon to also be Parker shoveling more dirt on the Nic grave. This thing is rapidly concluding. Leonidas destroyed, again. Poor choice of warriors. The 3 rd Army of Patton would have been smarter.

My favorite Patton quotes....

"a good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week".

"Moral courage is the most valuable and usually the most absent characteristic in men".

"America loves a winner, and will not tolerate a loser, this is why America has never, and will never. lose a war", or grant a scab organization release of their obligations and the right to renege on a binding arbitration!!!

"May God have mercy on my enemies, because I won't".

Claxon.....actually Fodase was sighted lately....

A PHX pilot walks into the bedroom with a sheep on a leash and says..

"Honey, this is the cow I make love to when you have a headache."

The wife, lying in the bed reading a book, looks up and says,

"If you weren't such an idiot, you'd know that's a sheep, not a cow."

The gentleman replies, "If you weren't such a presumptuous ####,

You'd realize I was talking to the sheep."

I've commented before and feel it bears repeating when you post something so inappropriate. You have a nice picture of your sweet, innocent daughter as an avatar while you post such crap. Sad really. I certainly hope she doesn't know that her picture is out in cyberspace representing your pathetic drivel.

"Damn the torpedoes" - totally correct. That's exactly what we are doing, Well said and thank you!
Those southern boys in New Orleans and Vicksburg had no idea what hit them...
Familiar story unfolding in CLT

Ya, breeze is not the stable type for sure. Divorced and and strong advocate for beating a child - what do you expect. And he's stupid enough to use his kid as an avatar on a public forum so you can add moron to that list as well.

I guess that commute from DEN as a 60 year old FO has made him angry.

I can almost hear you hyperventilating at your keyboard. Camp Entitlment located on the shores of the River of De-Nile.

Leonidas meeting still on schedule. Come on by!

Do you really want that jackass at a Leonidas meeting?

You should know, based on your experience with Seeham. The difference is that our attorneys actually have kept the eastholes from getting their beloved DOH.

I'm a bit curious here, not to mention disgusted. When did your interesting delusions rise to the level of self-assigning you any right to directly tack your own sorry BS onto quoted material from General Patton? I'd think that anyone would realize placing "or" directly after a quote implies it to be from the person(s) quoted. Sheesh! Isn't just being an "heroic"...umm...."spartan" sufficient these days?

While you're wallowing around in Fantasyland and obviously now, all-knowing of that great warrior's mindset as well: What do you honestly imagine he might have thought of placing a 3-month/"new-hire" ahead of a person with 17 years of service? Was "relative seniority" or "relative" ANYTHING some consideration from his Olympic days?...Or any standard practice within the 3rd Army?

Grow Up!
