Scherff should be in jail for the leaking of social security numbers. Instead you elect the criminal element to union positions. Nice, just like Franke would have it. A nice little criminal enterprise. At least Mike Cleary could pass a background check. Scherff is a bona fide criminal operative.

Got proof? Present it. Otherwise, you are defaming someone.

You were a captain? That's really scary.

You didn't answer the questions. Exactly how did you "earn" your job? RJ captain. Really? You start there?

Again. What year did you start with AWA? When did you check out as captain at AWA?

Yes, thousands of hours of left seat time before going to work at AWA.
So, tell us more about your resume-boosting community college coursework... Roanoke Community College was it?

10/16/12 PHX Pilots Crew news is posted.

Couple of observations.

1. Parker will not accept the nic, they know what they are going to do, just doesn't have balls to tell you.

2. PHX is dying and they have no intention of growing that.

3. Scherff got shot down more times than a 1 wing fighter jet.

4. east is growing due to OUR attrition, crux of nic problem, and slight organic growth.

5'. Thru no fault of their own west is stagnant, so how does that feel and why do you try to take advantage of east pilots who were in same position few years ago thru no fault of their own. Aviation is cyclical always has been.

It's great to be an east pilot I guess!

Really, did you miss the whole thing in Judge Silver's courtroom? Nic is it baby, and Parker knows it which is why he didn't deny it, just danced around it a lot. Pretty obvious to the average person.

...and the Titanic is unsinkable!

OK, back to the building blocks. A union has a duty to "represent" all pilots, not to make each and every pilot happy. At UAL (and I was there) the union took a RATIFIED list and reordered it placing scabs at the bottom. Lost the DFR Federal Court, lost the appeal, and won at SCOTUS. MOST were happy, a handful of scabs were not. Don't confuse "represent" with "outcome."Lots of bowing up here lately, but if some pilots are so sure of a DFR outcome, and are convinced (give me a break if they are not!) that they cannot sue until a ratified contract is completed, then why not move forward and get everyone paid? Ah, there is the problem. This is about revenge, the wellbeing of our own families be darned.Greeter

Don't worry. President Gary Hummell has petitioned the NMB to return to contract negotiations (all because USAPA legal counsel's opinion is they "WON!"). I'm sure the company will jump all over your offer. PLEASE HURRY! Get the contract TA finished with USAPA's DOH, and bring it to a vote!! You should have done this YEARS ago!

2925 days of bankruptcy wages, 2715 days since AWA Holdings brought AAA out of the fire, and 1650 days since USAPA was voted in (with the hollow promise of a contract including DOH w/i 90 days!!). You can't argue with results like that (I mean for LCC), no wonder we're making money!

BTW, thanks ever so much for comparing us all to the UAL scabs. We are so fortunate that there are none of those in the ranks of the former US Air group, right?

Harvard, Class of '79. I was hard being a teenager there, but I persevered.

So YOU earned your seat at AWA through thousands of hours. You think there were any pilots out there that were more qualified that didn't get hired? From your posts it's obvious that there are many more that are more intelligent.

True or False:
USAPA inherited ALPA contracts and agreements

I'd say True, and Judge Silver did too.

But she also said this:

"But being “bound” by the Transition Agreement has very little meaning in the context
of the present case. It is undisputed that the Transition Agreement can be modified at any
time “by written agreement of [USAPA] and the [US Airways].” (Doc. 156-3 at 38).
Moreover, USAPA and US Airways are now engaged in negotiations for an entirely new
collective bargaining agreement and there is no obvious impediment to USAPA and US
Airways negotiating and agreeing upon any seniority regime they wish.

But there are repercussions if those negotiations go astray.

She also mentioned that, right Pi?

Observations within your little fantasy world.

If you idiots would open your mind and ask yourselves why the company would bother appealing instead of pushing forward without the Nic, you wouldn't post this crap.

5000 hours, jet PIC and Part 121 time with a sim ride that 50% of the interview applicants fail. Glad you asked!
Now, PIBrat, back to the question... Did you even have an ATP???

You talking about that desktop Cessna sim? Haha.....that's a laugh
