ok, is anyone else having problems accessing the nonrev travel online? it keeps saying system unavailable after the part where you enter your travelid#

the 'error' that normally comes up after the initial login changed too, now it says

Please verify the card sequence and relationship number.

This one could be caused by the change made 2 or 3 weeks ago. Before that you put in the entire sequence from your ID/travel card (i.e. 012345us56789). Then it changed to just wanting the non-employee # portion (i.e. us56789).

Also, if you got a new ID (mine expired and I had a new one issued) it has a difference in the last 5 numbers that the travel application uses (using the above examples, it changed to us57789).

it's been hit or miss for me over the past week....at 0644 this morning it's working fine...using the full 012345MI01100 for access...

go to thehub and click the 'nonrev travel' link with the aircraft at the top

still not working....getting 'system unavailable' when trying to submit travel number after logging in

This is a Internet Explorer issue, not a company website issue. I cannot sign in using IE 6.0, but I can sign in using Netscape 8.0. It's a setting in IE either security or java script. As soon as I figure it out, I'll post what the problem may be.

I’ll just call my friend at the airport and get my name on the standby list since we go by check in time. I have their secret phone number

So we were right, you guys can do that!

We're back to miss...."System unavailable - please try again later."

I tried it using both WinBid's Halo application and manually thru the Hub using Netscape. Netscape worked (and using the full travel card number, not just the last part) and Halo didn't, so I sent the WinBid/Halo folks a note and here's the reply:

"We are waiting to see how this pans out this weekend. They are messing with stuff, but I am not sure what is going on because it is intermittent."

So something's definitely up with the non-rev site.
