Golly!! What a refreshingly original notion to post. I can't recall anyone being clever enough to post anything like that during these past three months. I'd be surprised if someone doesn't eventually note the AWA's "Righteous Position", perhaps soon...that's never happened here either.

Compare that to the constantly vacillating position of the East, from the "We will go to court to get the Nicolau arbitration overturned if it's the last thing we do and we will win!" position of a few months ago to today's "Well, we'll try to get a new union in here and hope they can do something -- ANYthing -- about the seniority situation, even though our own lawyers are hinting to us that there is not much we can do."

This scenarios'a full-blown nightmare of epic proportions, and whines about: "arbitration"/but St Nic said/my daddy'll beat you up/etc" hasn't budged anyone's position. People are more dug in now than ever.

Please point out where my points about the East's legal position have been incorrect. Be specific, provide a basis for your opinion and explain your reasoning, as I have consistently done for my opinions.
