Why not go to an attendence/performance based system?
Whoever has the best attendence record moves to the top of the list based on both FCFS & DOH as tie breakers. If you're "on a Level" you go last of the actives.
Goes like this 10 people for 5 seats.
3 have perfect attendence, their priority goes
DOH then the tiebreaker between the other to is FCFS
Senior Mama 37 years in the Biz has the highest DOH but is on a 2nd level of discipline goes dead last.
Get the idea? with the right IT system it would be alot tougher to manipulate as it would be linked to the HR database.
OK now tell how full of poop I am.
I would like to know, why are you so preoccupied with the " ins and outs" of the F/A or US airways employees life? I am assuming that you have enought on your plate dealing with your own business, hence you might consider leaving us to deal with our issues "within" .
