that IAM Fleet Service thing

can someone explain if the new transition agreement whether or not if we went to a mainline city if we retain our seniority the pay with it vac and other stuff or if it isnt agreed upon? I have heard both versions and also have heard that the IAM isnt communicating with the fleet service? I would like to have this clarified cause some people I know may take advantage and go to a mainline city

IAM has never communicated to Fleet Service (at least not the smaller cities) ....after all, they are International Assoc. of MACHINIST not International Assoc of FLEET SERVICE. (They just want fleet dues !)
