I'm pretty sure he would have been jailed or something if it would have fit into your tyranny comment.

Ok, I have to go work on the AMFA Live Webcast meeting in October, I don't have the time to argue over the worthless and painful past of the TWU. I am moving on, and hopefully taking you with me.

Stay tuned on how to view the live webcast coming soon.

Another AMFA first in this industry.

We are now going to invite every AMT in the industry to join us for this webcast and "ALL Mechanics in ONE UNION" is more than just a slogan as long as I have anything to say about it. We have great plans in this campaign, we have great strategist, nothing like grassroots and intellegence together. I will enjoy defeating the TWU more than anyone will ever know.

Phew!! Thank You.

I have not met him as of yet.

Lol ok whatever you say for sake of argument and your blood pressure. Would hate for you to stroke out putting so much brain energy into something so trivial.

Ohh tinkerbird;

My blood pressure is not up.

However I am amused by your answers..

Didn't they teach you better comebacks than that in the twu lying school?

I have not been fortunate enough to go to any schools provided by the TWU because I am AMT only (not a shop steward or elected official) I would like to get in on the IT side though to get formal schooling but unfortunately I don't think they offer that . I did get Combat Lifesaver Qualified in the Army though if you do stroke out, just PM me your address if you feel the symptoms at any time. 🙄

Once again; that sounds like the raptorman talking. (snicker)

Yes, Obama needs your vote.
It figures! Obama? ------ I wouldn't walk over to the next dock when he was here at MCI in 2008. And his policies haven't done a thing for employement here in Kansas City. In fact the place he spoke at is empty now, shut down, gone!---- So tell me again what a great job he's doing!!! Maybe you can get him to speak at TUL!

$120K? Really? That is based on your dream scenario where we first go nuclear - abrogation, outsource all of overhaul, NMB grants release after two to three years of negotiating, and then a potential strike.

There was plenty of crying for recalls out of just about everywhere and you know it. Crying that there was too much work and not enough people while guys were caught sleeping, playing on their laptops, or maybe shooting a video or two with you, Gukelberger, and Chuck.

The great thing is we will never know how screwed we could have been under the Vote No Coalition's Operation Barbarossa.

Lets see what happens June 6, June 22, June 29, Aug15 Sept 12.

You claim that Negoations would drag on for years, can you give us an example of one thats gone on for years since 1113 was enacted? 10 months is the longest I saw. 10 months, that would give the pilots the ability to get raises without triggering any of the ME Too Clauses wouldnt it? So yea the company could impose terms in the meantime but the pilots could come out of this pretty good after that while we are stuck at the very bottom for at least 6 more years.

We both know that none of the big three will be allowed to strike when load factors are as high as they are. It has nothing to do with the election or unemployment rate. Thousands of people would be stranded each day of a strike and there isnt enough excess capacity to absorb all those passengers. We would most likely end up in a PEB.

"Plenty of crying for recalls out of just about everywhere", so you now say, you would know right? , But you admit you have no evidence whatsoever to support your claim that I was crying for recalls. In other words you made it up because it supported the way you wanted to spin things and I called you on it, only to realize that you just exposed yourself as a liar. You're screwing up, give the keyboard back to Don will ya?

Like I said before, I told Local management on several occasions dont increase headcount at all, dont even replace those who leave, give our guys the OT they need the money.

And your point is what? People quit all the time and move on. It is a personal choice and if they are unhappy in this industry then I applaud them that they have the courage to try something new and wish them well. \

Using your analogy we should pay people to stay on - sounds like you approve of retention bonuses.
The point is we have allowed this to become such a lousy job, not a "good union job" as you described it that middle aged workers with over 20 years are walking away from it, you say it happens all the time, well in my 30 years in the industry I've never seen as many guys with time walk away like I'm seeing now.

And a Union can't reasonably congregate without a facility designed to conduct the business of the Union. Why do I try to reason with you?

Really? Go down to your hall and ask to see the statue of Mike Quill, a box was all he needed.
Your ignorance of what Unionism is really about is not suprising.

HSS

according to you the TWU has failed in providing their members with a career. We hired on and were sold exactly that. Give concessions and we will get your job protection, "a job for life" give more concessions and you will have "medical for life". Had I known that my union would sell me out, I would have left a long time ago. Unfortunately, I was suckered into they would "fight like hell for us"
so people are not leaving by choice but out of neccessity. the inability to retain members in this career field is the failure of our representation to make it possible. The decision for our members to leave the industry is the consistant concessionary contracts and nothing but excuses why by our leaders.

I disagree. 1934 was a different era as was 1966. Your Ignorance of the evolution of everything is real surprising. In my opinion it is Idiots such as yourself that have tried to push factions and separation within their Union that has helped with the weakened state of what was fought for back in the 1930's. As I typed before on here, your tactics resemble what one would see on the Reality Game show "Survivor". Your letters and videos that have been locked on the Internet are proof enough of all the backdoor dealings you have tried to orchestrate during our negotiations. You may have convinced a few people that you are out for their best interests but at the end of the day you are more transparent than you had hoped to be I assure you.
