Depressing to read this offer. The division the company is trying to create is disturbing to say the least. The loss of new work coming in is terrible. A new hire would run like crazy once he saw how he was acruing vac, sck, hol, long, and worst of all hourly pay. But the real question is would the new hire even know before he was hired? I doubt it. I too agree with what Dawg said above, and hope you guys vote this pc of crap down.
