What I don't understand is if an employee hates US Airways so much or is so unhappy in their career why stay employed at the company? Life is too short to be miserable. I believe the unhappy employee and US Airways would both be better off if the angry, bitter person would resign. Nobody is forcing any employee to work at US Airways.
