It's blatantly obvious that Parker doesn't give two sh@$s about USAPA. I doubt he even notified them once. They're a parked, injuncted, fractured mess that 40% of their pilots would be thrilled to watch their conflagration. This thing just jumped on the bullet train fast track. My guess is Hummell is just slightly NOT dumb enough to eff this up like Cleary most certainly would have....funny timing no? New President and within hours a dream contract his a real possibility for All US Air pilots.

Need any other evidence what a Hugh effing mistake Cleary and the band of failures has been?

You sure about this? Your management didn't seem to think so when they floated Delta+1% pay rates and a three way integration to your union leaders during the tete-a-tete with United before they merged with Continental.

Wrong. At the time of the united fly by there was an injunction in place. If the company or union had talked about using anything other than Nicolau they would have been in violation.

I think I know where Nevergiveup's confusion originates. He thinks the TA says the Nic is not the seniority list until ratified in a contract. However, that is not what the TA says. The TA says the Nic is the only seniority list that can be ratified into a contract, but, LCC cannot use the Nic at LCC during the period of seperate operations.

The injunction Wake ordered merely stated the same thing. usapa will use the Nic. There is no other alternative in the TA.

And so is the APA for that matter. Both sides (AoL and APAs lawyers) have had a number of discussions regarding the Nic and it's use.

APA put out a statement about terms of the contract Parker offered. Where is usapa giving us that information? Was usapa even asked to the meeting?

That majority rules thing is coming back to bite you in the ass. A DAL +3% with the Nicolau will pass with or without the east votes.

BTW Parker figured out a way around the east CofC. The funniest part is usapa gave him the idea. Can anyone guess how?
