Cubfan passed away this week. I met him through this board and he came to my house in Phoenix for coffee where we amicably solved the seniority dilemma over a few cups of coffee. Sad day, he was a great guy. Perhaps some of you can take some time to do something positive and help his boy out - looks like he wants to be a pilot too.

Cubfan passed away this week. I met him through this board and he came to my house in Phoenix for coffee where we amicably solved the seniority dilemma over a few cups of coffee. On track for another year without a contract.

On track for continued LOA 93 pay rates.

No, Scott Kirby missed an opportunity to hedge oil in the 80's. Oil is going into the low hundred level, then higher as time goes on. Airlines that don't adjust to it will pay the price.

I think maybe they are using the money that should be going for hedging to buy more auction rate securities......or maybe just investing in management bonuses.
