Kinda like AOL stealing our identities, doesnt that make them criminals and thieves as well? So...............then i guess they should be fired right away as well!!

Management steals from the pilot group (ACARS). They reschedule contrary to the contract with threats and intimidation. They interpret the contract to suit them on any given day. That makes them criminals and thieves.

Do you know even ONE of these Captains? I'm sure you don't. Who are you to judge? You're doing exactly what you've accused USAPA of. I hope you are proud of yourself. I know three of them. Fine men, fine Captains and each giving 100%. That is what is required of us right? 100%. NOT 101%. We move the metal from A to B. We don't do other people's jobs and if the equipment isn't perfect, it stays right where it is. I would not condone an illegal job action. I won't intentionally run late. I WILL do my job as prescribed by the FARs and FOM and then I am going to GO HOME.

There is nothing you or anyone else can do about it. This pilot group works within the confines of the CBA. The company does NOT, as evidenced by the number of grievances. Who is the greater evil here?

Well said. I know 2 of the 4 called in, and it amazed me that the company would call them. One was just sharing with me the other day his frustration with USAPA.

I also do not condone an illegal job action, don't have a yellow lanyard, operate the airplane as the company dictates, but I still got a call from the CP office the other day. It was an interesting conversation.

It's called giving you a taste of your own medicine. Metro is taking that extreme stance to illustrate to you what it feels like when USAPA brings trumped up charges against west pilots, and try to convict and sentence them without due process, before any finding of facts or investigation. Just like the RICO case. Just like the alleged identity theft.

Apparently from your collective disgust and response, the point is being driven home. Only you think it's some radical west pilot, rather than seeing it for what it is... a taste of your own medicine. Proof once again that you can certainly dish it out, but can't take it when the shoe is on the other foot.

I got that from the PHX Crew News...pretty obvious they were going after individuals instead of going after USAPA.

The four CLT pilots called into the chief pilots office were busted for performing an illegal job action. They're criminals and should be fired. Illegal activity should never be tolerated at an airline. There is no room for criminals and thieves.

Pretty amazing to me that a pilot is not worried about another pilot getting called in for something like writing up oxygen on an aircraft that has already had a problem with fumes. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face.
