Just out of curiosity, since the 330s have been on the property, what is the least amount of years the junior most captain had on the property? I remember at UAL a friend of mines father hired in 66 took 32 years to get to it, and after the that generation had retired(they hired no one from 70-78) it dropped to 18 years. I'm just curious how it's worked out on the east with the ebb and flow. This is about the only thing you have said that is correct. In ten years, the west will own the airline and get to fly the routes that their DOH seniority will allow. Too bad; you could have had it much sooner if your weren't so ignorant and stubborn....10 years sounds about right....maybe not captain, but at least F/O...or IRO...

Always beware of the ones doing the name calling and finger pointing !!!!!! They usually do not have a leg to stand on thats why they behave like children. So in 5 years you will still make less than a west captain and you are happy about it? And you wonder why we call you scab clowns.
The Typical east warning should be: BEware of those that tell the truth as it might dash our collective fantasy and make us stop acting like childrenAlways beware of the ones doing the name calling and finger pointing !!!!!! They usually do not have a leg to stand on thats why they behave like children.
west pilot badge backers, Andy Jacobs was the attorney that represented you in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals loss that overturned Wake's weak verdict in your 2 million dollar loss in court. You still owe andy a million dollars. Every penny you spend for your badge backer is going to ferguson's defense, by the same lawyer.

"""Legal Update On Identity Theft Investigation
Friday, June 03, 2011
As we explained in a previous update, a special legal petition was filed in Texas State Court for the purpose of requesting a court order directing Leonidas LLC founder Eric Ferguson to appear for a deposition related to the investigation into the disclosure of confidential, personal data of individual East pilots.
Yesterday, June 2, 2011, in Denton, Texas, Judge Margaret Barnes conducted an evidentiary hearing and listened to oral argument in order to determine whether to grant the request to take Mr. Ferguson's pre-suit deposition. The hearing lasted approximately an hour and a half. The only witness to appear and present testimony in the hearing was Captain Randy Mowrey. Captain Mowrey was on the witness stand for approximately 45 minutes, during which the history of and the investigation into the data disclosure was laid out in detail to Judge Barnes on direct examination, and a number of documentary exhibits were admitted into the record.
Mr. Ferguson did not appear for the hearing, but was represented by Andrew Jacob of Polsinelli Shughart -- the same attorney that conducted oral argument at the Ninth Circuit during the Addington litigation. Mr. Jacob's cross-examination of Captain Mowrey failed to refute any of the facts surrounding the data breach, which were clearly presented to the Court during Captain Mowrey's direct examination. To the contrary, the cross-examination actually elicited testimony from Captain Mowrey that reinforced the severity of the data breach and the need for the court-ordered pre-suit deposition.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Judge Barnes ruled immediately from the bench and ordered that a deposition of Mr. Ferguson be taken forthwith along with document production. This proceeding is not a lawsuit against Mr. Ferguson; rather it is a pre-suit deposition and its purpose is investigatory only. A deposition of Mr. Ferguson is to be completed by the end of next week.

In ten years it won't matter much whether we have a DOH list or not- most of you will be gone and the rest of us will bury your anger with you. You see, you're a bitter soul who knows in the end time is on my side, as well as the law. Even in a worse case scenario for me we keep you at $124 an hour NB captain pay for ten years until you either drop dead or wave the white flag from your bankruptcy contract. Asheville really is beautiful, the Grove Park Inn has such a majestic view. I am happy with how things are looking for me going forward. As each year passes I lose nothing- I will inherit the fruits of your sacrifices regardless of what happens - and a DOH list isnt in the cards. Time to enjoy the view, the 330 ( and maybe even the 350) will be fun to fly. All the best to you.
Funny thing...to the uninformed that post looks rather ...well..... normal
....to us who know better......YOU CAN'T AFFORD ASHVILLE !!!!!!!

And you can't spell Asheville correctly.

The bottom 330 F/O has a DOH of mid 88; so about 23 years. The senior F/O's on the 330 could be blockholding Capt's anywhere and are there for quality of life so are not a good reference.
