One of the widely accepted definitions of a scab is someone who refuses to join a labor union. What group does that sound like? Had the west not waited for Suzy to lose her fight and joined USAPA, there is a good chance the the dictator Cleary would not be in office yet. But that's different, right?

Refusing to join a union is very different from refusing to join an union that is in place to wage war against its own workers, ie frivolous lawsuits and filings funded by union resources. Do you not comprehend the difference?

The use of the term scab is likely to be viewed as cavalier and irresponsible if one uses it without pointing to a particular list of names that are afforded an opportunity to deny or defend themselves from such an accusation. After all, Jack London would have expect nothing less.

Do you have a list of the names of the people proven to have committed the acts referenced in the RICO suit including the 99 John Doe-s? How about the formal apology from USAPA for the unnecessary pain and cost they inflicted on those people and the union members for wasting their money on such a frivolous suit.

Compare W2s...any line holding A320 captain on the West makes more than Bob or any other East 767s. It's called work work rules, and getting paid for cancellations and getting paid full credit for deadheads, plus getting more vacation and picking up trips from other pilots. It all adds up.

How much deadheading is Bob doing? Any of us? Not much at all. Cancellations? Very rare. You don't have the advantage you think. How about Bob's two 10 grands? Where was yours? Big deal, crew meals.
