Do you have a list of the names of the people proven to have committed the acts referenced in the RICO suit including the 99 John Doe-s? How about the formal apology from USAPA for the unnecessary pain and cost they inflicted on those people and the union members for wasting their money on such a frivolous suit.


Did 700 call them scabs?
 
Compare W2s...any line holding A320 captain on the West makes more than Bob or any other East 767s. It's called work work rules, and getting paid for cancellations and getting paid full credit for deadheads, plus getting more vacation and picking up trips from other pilots. It all adds up.

And you question my IQ? Geez.
 
A passenger doesnt work for nor gets paid by US, you can yell from the highest mountain top, facts are facts, Labor Relations has copies of all the grievances, go ask Al Hemenway, you know he is now VP of Labor Relations and during the strike he was in Labor Relations.

I just want to know why the company didn t use Bruce Ashby in the LOA 93 hearings. A birdie says he wouldn't lie for Doug Parker. After that big lead up, Kasher must have been wondering also. All that way, from India, and he gets shut up. HMMMMMM This one could be mighty interesting.
 
Every time my kids start playing with the US model on the shelf (east, for some reason) I always hear:

"Mom, Ricky just said another bad word!"
"Was it inaccurate?"
"No"
"Then stop tattling on your brother"

They said they were going to dress up as a mixed crew for Halloween. One of them would be running behind a hotel van swearing! 😀

The other said he would dress up as an east pilot and drive the van on his days off. 😀
 
OK, separate ops, but USAPA has to appoint west negotiators and continue section 6 for the west contract.
 
East operation on a Chernobyl style meltdown, Tempe has lost all control, soon the FAA will be brought in to investigate the company safety practices or should I say lack of. Former chief pilots hiding in in bag rooms with blankets over them to overhear what the pilots are saying, WOW. Going to be an interesting summer for those that are going to work!!! 😀 😀 :lol:

Is that your definition of a scab?

Do you consider all USAPA non members scabs?
No Jake, I personally never considered you, the east alpa loyalist , westies who refused to honor a legally binding cba election, or people that cross other groups lines (where they weren't taking their jobs) scabs. For me that term has meant people that took other people's jobs while they were on strike. But, Google scab and I bet you see that definition and not "one who uses his or her legal right to change unions".

Sounds great to me, but with one condition. The fleets continue at the east to west ratio that existed on May 19, 2005. Only fair, right? What we brought to the merger.
