Great question to ask at the next town hall.

"Mr. Parker, you were quick to take back DL money that were overpaid to the west. Do you plan on being as quick with the east pilots?"

Parker: "well now they have filed a lawsuit, so we don't want to collect if there is a chance we will have to repay later."

Pilot: "well the MDA case was just dismissed in federal court that comes to the same conclusion as the MDA grievence usapa lost, MDA was furloughed..period..so any suit usapa files will be dissmissed".

Parker: "oh well,,,I am glad we are talking about this,,,you seem to have a problem with your union,,,nobody has ever told me that before,,,it is not the company's fault,,,,we have been nuetral all along,,,,we can't pick sides,,,,,, the seniority issue is to blame,,,please just give us a list"

Pilot: "but we have already given you two,,,and you have already accepted one,,,,two phrases,,,,collusion and hybrid DFR".

Parker: "what is all this talk of collusion...we did not disproportionately furlough West pilots to save east pilots jobs,,,oh, wait, we did lose that grievence,,,we did not accept usapa's offer to drop the distance learning grievence and screw the West...oh, wait, we did that too...we never made an offer to Cleary during the Delta merger attempt...oh, #### I should not have brought that up.....okay out of time, gotta go, keep up the great on time work!!"

Bean, after the overturn of the appeals board election these fools could not alienate us any further. They are ALL anti west and the sooner you realize that the better. It is, has been, and always will be a war between east and west.

Don't worry, I'm not sticking my head out of the trench, I know it's a war. I came off the fence post a while ago, after it became apparent that USAPA didn't want to just modify the NIC, they wanted to destroy the west pilot group. When USAPA started directly attacking west pilots I knew which side I was on.

I don't believe ALL east pilots are worthless pieces of detrogenous waste. I've conversed with and seen postings by some people I think are honorable professionals. You have to realize these men and women have been dealing with the same scumbags that have been attacking us for a much longer period of time than we have.

Didn't USAPA reference this very case for its argument in the DJ? Why yes it did!

So with MDA dismissed, their DJ chances have been shot to hell. One card falling after another.

Nic is coming faster than the east can imagine. With this impending merger, the Nic will finally be used to integrate USAPA with the APA and the east will have no power to stop it.

Two arbitrators and a Federal judge all came to the same conclusion.

There are about 150-200 of you bankrolling this thing.

Seriously? You can't figure this out? I'll clue you in as apparently you've been living a life of supreme seclusion for the last 7 years. USAPA by willful design, not only has zero interest in fairly representing the West pilots they extort money from, they want to eradicate them. This is nothing more than organized crime. If this was another profession and perhaps another time, all they main USAPA players would be fertilizing the daisys under an abandoned parking lot by now.
