Your wife told me you hit like a girl. She does like it though when I spank her softly! Do you Westoffs ever read your own post? All you have done the last several years is sphew how much you are victims and make threats. You clowns have called us every name in the book. I have decided to lower myself to your standards and give it right back. However, unlike you Westoff scabs I will not deny any of you pukes a jumpseat. In time all of this will be history so why dont all of you just STFU and let the courts decide. :blink:

There is a mistaken belief floating around that as long as there are facts in dispute a judge can't issue a summary judgement, there must be a trial....thus some believe that the judge acted outside his/her authority.

The "we will get then next time" attitude is alive and well.

You guys have no idea. The chances of winning on appeal are slim. Even if you win the best you can hope for is trial. How much money do you guys have or willing to spend? Two arbitrators and a federal judge have told you MDA pilots were furloughed. How many times do you need to be hit in the head before you understand?

The PIC has said the same thing. They told the BPR they want to lose their case quickly. Yes they want to lose becaue get this the judge does not like them. Then they can appeal it. Does that even make sense?

East pilots always wanting a do over. Boys that stopped happening in elementary school. Adults live by their agreements. No do overs. It's not fair also stopped being an argument about the same time.

Junebug, Nic4 and Res are starting to lose it as they see the AA deal coming up on them fast. There is just no time for the Nic. now, the delay of USAPA was priceless. Worth every cent! They still don't get you have to have a joint contract to have the Nic, and that is never going to happen now.

In other words, the mistaken belief is that both parties must agree that there are no facts in dispute before a SJ motion can be granted.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. They can save it for the appeal I guess.
