'Changing of the Guard" is meaningless. It was done too late. You can't commit a crime, change your name, and insist it wasn't you.

Besides, the new Federal Law, (late 07) mandates that Allegheny/Mohawk be used in seniority integration. Barring that it goes to Arbitration. Again, that was done. The blindly smug confidence in Seham is staggering. Do you REALLY think the West has no cause of action here? Every legal opinion,(aside from Seham) says otherwise. Sleep well while you still can. The Judge should here the injunction arguments by late with Week or early next.

Like it or not, defacto or not, USAPA and it's C&BL's were legally voted in as OUR ENTIRE PILOT LIST BARGAINING AGENT....have you been asleep, Rip Van Winkle?

18 months start to finish, including a round at the court of appeals. The death of USAPA ought to be quicker than I thought after the USAPA lemming realize they can't get that pie in the sky and turn on the little king...

Being involved in federal civil litigation against ALPA right now, I can say that your timeline is truly fantasy. Our suit was filed in late 2003. We actually spent one full year between a court hearing and the judge uttering a word about our case. It's 5 years now, and the end is still nowhere in sight.

The federal courts are backlogged years for hearing civil cases, and each day the backlog grows as the federal benches are seriously understaffed. The only way this case will be resolved quickly is if the judge simply dismisses. At that's probably what will happen anyway.
