What's new

USAirways Magazine

The can't catch anything. Like I said, last month they spotlighted Syracuse only to bullet point and draw the line down to "Harrisburg". I mean really, not even in the same freakin' state.

Good catch guys...I read this magazine last night at least five times and never caught it so I guess Pa n Ma Kettle wouldn't... Heck they might conjure X as a variable of when us airways actually feels like operating a flight to SJD 😉

How does one actuially READ that magazine? There are maybe two articles in there. If you removed the ad content it would be a brochure!

It's our current version of "inseat" entertainment. People just thumb through it dazed. 🙄

AA has 3 magazines. One for Anerican, one for American Eagle, and one for premium cabin customers. I actually like their premium cabin magazine.

They also publish a new American Way (thier main magazine) every two weeks. US Airways changes it's food offerings every four years.

US serves food? Oh, that's right, the flight must be over 4 hours 39 minutes and depart between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. or 12:20 and !2:35--oh, and Mercury must be retrograde.

Does anyone think that perhaps AA will eventually do away with some of the frills (not as barebones as US) due to them wanting to freeze pay raises. Possibly make the cuts elsewhere if they can't get what they want. Again I doubt they would cut the perks as low as US as we set the bar in all time low. If they need to save some dough and it doesn't come from the employees then where will they get it from?

As far as amenities and such go, I think CO has to spend the most money on it's product, followed by UAL and DAL. AA has cut perks in some regards... they have powdered cream (!), and in domestic coach they have blankets, no pillows.
