HP could never understand what we have gone through over here, and I would never want you folks to have to suffer the pain and abuse that our inept management has caused us.

You never went through Bill Franke nor have you been at the bottom of the industry payscale. How bad was the pay issue? When we went to ATSB in 2001 they agreed with Parker that employees has NOTHING to give. Nothing, nada, zilch.

As for Bill Franke, he was a true piece of work. He certainly ranks with what you have had.

So please, spare us the poor me stuff.

Yes, you are right, I should have pity on you. We feel pretty good over here at US. We look forward to MERGING with HP and making the new US a great airline. Thanks for getting onboard. You will soon come to realize what a great group of employees we are, and I am sure that you folks at HP are also, so we look forward to coming together seamlessly and creating one great airline. Then we can all sit back and enjoy some fresh cold ones with each other. It took the Piedmont folks along ime to realize that we all worked on the same team.

Great to hear. We have weeded out some of our elderly and have thinned the ranks of alot of the people who didn't want to be hear anyway. One of the reasons US changed our RSV F/A system was to make people go to work. I was up just for getting rid of them, but our union didn't want to go there. Instead, they sacraficed the RSV's.What a sad situation that was. Once it was changed, they took early out and buyout, and left the rest of us with this nasty RSV system. I look forward to moving forward with some very motivated employees, like myself.
