As far as upsetting FAs by having no domestic First class-probably not.

you may wish to revise this nefarious claim to ONLY include f/as without class.

the majority of east (and, likely west) f/as take pride in having and providing a f/c service. and the ironic thing about having f/c service is that it retains fflyers...imagine that?
