Were Presidents Really Kicked Out of Court

I never advocated yes, only educated people on the facts. The fact is if the deal is abrogated it will be 4 out of 10. Are you saying the outsourcing percentage will make the ratio less than 3.5 out of 10? I can't wait to see the OS% language to be less than 35% by the time this process is done. Face it, work is getting outsourced at industry standard levels of around 40%. It's coming.

Now it's "industry standard" after using in-house work for years to claim the TWU was a great Union?
Is it industry standard to have two maintenance bases closed now too?

You are all the same kool-aid drinkers. The stories change as the sellouts and failures continue.

Just out of curiousity...what is the industry standard for pay after you reach industry standard outsource?
Bottom of the barrel?

That cannot be the team twu promised they would not let the company farm out our work and god how they whined about 38% outsourcing limit at NWA but now its industry standard not the twu fault. give me a break. and owe yea we should vote for it do not fight to try to stop it.

The Industry has in fact changed and your beloved AMFA absolutely was involved in the outsourcing of work some time back. Their relaxed Scope language did no favors for the industry as a whole in fact it helped define what it is today. You say we should fight? Well OK, in your vast knowledge and negotiation experience spell out an agreement that will be reached and a timeline to resolve it after our contract is abrogated. Remember you will be starting out anew because there will be no contract only imposed terms of employment and a significantly reduced workforce and volume of work. How will you argue to return what will be lost and how long will it take to recover from this disaster? You can use your new adage of (KISS) if you like to define the duty to negotiate and define a new satus quo....Thanks in advance and will be awaiting your reply.

Starting anew with a new Union would be great, starting without a TWU Contract as a baseline would be even better. You Fear mongers crack me up!!!

Not looking for simpleton responses, logical solutions would be appreciated......

My solutions will be coming out with an AMFA Logo on them.
I have nothing more to give for free to fools that cant see what the problem is.

Let me just say, I think AA would love to stay in the overhaul maintenance business.
But they would like have a professional and skilled work force, instead of romper room full of unaccountable crybabies that are only on the payroll because of some ever growing gene pool of relatives.

There are ways to make this profession much better. Concessions for jobs is not on the list. Not even at the bottom of the list.

Go dig for your solutions at the next 2 1/2 hour off the base but on the clock stooge lunch meeting. I bet they have answers.
