I thought the same thing when arriving into PHX during a THUNDERSTORM. To my shock.......EVERYONE was ON THE RAMP despite the LIGHTNING STRIKES. Do YOU ALL in PHX not go INSIDE during a thunderstorm OVER THE FIELD??????????

Let's make this as simple as possible and in language those in the SandCastle should understand.

Doesn't it seem that Tempe is going after the Jerry Springer , Judge Judy type of crowd. Oh, That may be the films that will be shown on the plane then everyone can feel groovy and not worry abut being so cramped.
