Why does Parker and Kirby only go to CLT/PHX for crews

The idea is to reach a large group at once.
And the last one Parker did for the F/A's in PHX had a total of what? 8 people ?....quite a large group huh? They would find more in the PHL crew room sleeping.

I have NEVER heard of a west employee getting beat up in a bathrooom.
16 of the 22 PHL ramp agents that were at the meeting at the Marriott had their cases thrown out of court. PHL employees will "throw no punches" (pardon the pun). Parker and Kirby are terrified to come here because they are cowards. I only saw a handful of crew members in PHX, come to PHL, there will be hundreds!

Not a huge fan of the seniority system, BUT I for one can;t wait for the "Senior Mama's" To descend on PHX.

Then maybe the "Cult of Doug" will be thrown awat for good
Could not have said it better myself, PB. When the 25-40 year employees desend on PHX, then maybe the trance will be broken.

You just worry about your own. Flyforfree took this shot my friend. Just stating the facts. Don't worry we are fun to fly with we just don't put up with BS and drink the coolaid.

In other words, you do your job with a chip on your shoulder daring some one to knock it off/ No wonder flying on USAir has been such a pleasure all these years.

No ... they don't come to PHL because they ARE scared ... Thos of us on the West heard many stories when the intergation first started to happen , such as that one guy from the west who got beaten up in the PHL airport bathroom ..... Then i personally talked to one of the mangers/trainers who had been sent to the PHL ramp in the opening days to try and "train" the east rampers , they were surrounded and people were cursing at them and shouting death threats... then lets not forget the infamous 22 ... i wouldn't go to PHL either if i was in upper managment .... Managment is scared of phl... and this type of situation is morally rerephensible , althou for some reason it sometimes leaves me with a warm fuzzy feeling ...
As far as the a/c being surrounded that is true. Let me set it straight. Managers were loading the plane, AWA trainers are telling 30 YEAR EMPLOYEES how to load an airplane and the trainers have what, maybe 3 years of experience. There were not death threats (someone trying to embelish a story, maybe). The ramp guys stood there until the west management stopped doing their job. Oh, and this was the kicker, the trainers told these mega senior employees what a great job they did loading the plane...cut me a break!

Being a Pittsburgh native myself I must say that when MOST make the above comments about Philadelphia they have never been further then the airport or the immediate surrounding area. The airport certainly IS a dump. It is a dump for employees and barely tolerable for customers. Look around at some of the worlds airports that are older. Do something with the place besides paint. Don't make comments about a great city because of your "airport experience". You also don't have to be in Philly to be treated rude either.
