You may be right WeAA, as I stated though, to me he will give you and I that pay if we survive in one of the hubs, but all bets are off with new hires and stations they want to outsource. And in my opinion, that is all work groups. Hope I'm wrong, but we will see soon enough.
You might want to edit that "soon enough" part

You rush WAY too much for a guy who's already gone up by almost $5.00 per hour in less than 2 years. Breath man breath.

I'll tell you one job I'll never agree to lose Al. It's the job where our guys fill out the MBR's. I'd hate to see some guy who's got over 30 years have to get out there in the snow and schlub with the kids. Better for those guys to stay in their nice warm rooms writing charge backs to everyone in the system they can.

Save MBR.

You never got one of those calls while you were eating? how about "I didnt punch out for a week because my finger wasnt registering was I supposed to tell some one" How do you sit there with a straight face at the hearing. Yup that is a tough job I would not want and Im sure majority of stewards dont have aspirations to move up in the union

We have a 30 minute "uninterrupted" lunch in our contract, so no on that one. On the other one. Most people who know me wouldn't presume I'm that stupid to even say it to me. I can be more of an A Hole than management sometimes when people act stupid.

An IBEW Secretary gave me the best line for what you might consider defending someone who shouldn't be defended.

"You don't defend the member, you defend the integrity of your contract" That's takes away all the faces and personal opinions Al.
